Role: Kore.ai Developer

Location: Remote(Iselin, NJ South or Malvern, PA)

Experience: 4-6 years

Visa: GC or USC (Must be able to work on our payroll - W2)

As a Kore.ai Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge chatbots and virtual assistants that provide seamless, engaging conversational experiences across multiple channels. Youll work alongside talented teams to craft personalized scripts, design user journeys, and build dynamic conversational flows that create meaningful connections with users.

What Youll Do:

• Design & Develop: Create Conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai and other platforms.
• Craft Conversations: Write creative and engaging conversation scripts and responses tailored to various bot personas.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive chatbot experiences across various channels (text, voice, social media, etc.).
• Prototype & Visualize: Develop conversational journeys, mockups, flows, and prototypes to test and refine user interactions.
• Customer-First Approach: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot development, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Kore.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, and conversational platforms like Slack, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge in JavaScript, Python, Java, XML, and Web Services API.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative, editorial mindset.
• Experience designing user journeys and conversational flows with a customer-first approach.
• An innovative thinker with a passion for solving complex problems creatively.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in linguistic analysis or conversation design.
• Expertise in building chatbot personas with personality and human-like interactions.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment and has excellent interpersonal communication skills.
